The exhibition introduces over a hundred maps and photographs affirming Vietnam’s sovereignty over the two disputed islands of Truong Sa and Hoang Sa.
The event also showcases various precious maps of the Southeast Asian region, drawn by Vietnamese and westerners, proving that Spratly and Paracel islands belong to Vietnam’s sovereignty.
The maps of China drawn by Westerners and by China itself do not indicate Chinese sovereignty over the two islands.
A number of images and documents on the process of building and developing Vietnam’s Hoang Sa and Truong Sa islands are also included in the exhibition.
Lam Dong Museum Deputy Director Doan Thi Ngo said these documents will continue to be on display throughout the province in the coming time.
