(Cinet)- Department of Performing Arts organized a seminar about building master plan for Vietnam Performing Arts Development up to 2020 and an orientation of 2030. Deputy Minister Vuong Duy Bien attended and hosted the seminar on May 20.
Addressing at the seminar, Deputy Minister Vuong Duy Bien stated that building Plan is one of some main tasks of an industry to meet a developing requirement of the country in a progress of industrialization and modernization in order to enhance performing arts of Vietnam in a new period.
After a preparing period, the Draft is fulfilled in some main issues such as developing a sytem of performing arts; building some legal documents; policy about performing arts; developing labour resource in terms of performing arts; investing into a system of infrastructure; enhancing to exchange and cooperate about culture…
Content focuses on three parts: situation of each field, target orientation, developing task and some organizing measures for each field; some action programs and solution to carry out the Plan.
At the seminar, some representatives focus on discussing about some relevant contents of the State management, creation action; discovering and developing a role of some arts sector to create more conditions to perform arts.
The Edition Board receives and adjusts Draft and makes a report to Minister to submit to the PM for an approval as soon as possible.
