Plans for world heritage management and preservation to be built

March 27, 2014 – PPC assigned the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism to take charge of cooperating with the People’s Committee of Hoi An City and Duy Xuyen District in reporting their performance of managing, protecting and promoting the cultural heritage sites of Hoi An and My Son.

In addition to the mentioned report to the responsible Ministry and PPC, these two people committees are asked to, in coordination with DCST, build comprehensive management plans and regulations for the management, protection, and promotion of world cultural heritage that are under their control.
