Within the programs of Vietnam Seafood festival 2014 in Phu Yen, in the morning of March 28th, at Phu Yen museum, the Ministry of information and communication in coordination with Phu Yen PPC organized the exhibition on the map and documents of “Hoang Sa, Truong Sa are of Vietnam-historical and legal evidence.

Lots of documents, acts, artifacts, publications and nearly 150 maps exhibited this time are historical and legal evidence to assert Vietnam State since the feudal society to the current socialism has established the sovereignty of Vietnam on the two archipelagoes of Hoang Sa and Truong Sa.

Lots of viewers from in and outside the province joining the Festival paid a considerable attention to the collection of 65 maps proving Vietnam’s sovereignty on Hoang Sa and Truong Sa, the Western countries announced in the 17th century; 4 volumes of atlas and 30 other maps published by China publishing houses throughout history, expressing the non-connection of China to the two archipelagoes of Hoang Sa and Truong Sa. At the exhibition, other versions of acts also assert Vietnam’s sovereignty on Hoang Sa and Truong Sa.


The exhibition is opened till April 3rd, during the occurrence of Vietnam Seafood Festival 2014.
