Doan Thi Hai Linh crowned Miss Kinh Bac

(VOV) -Doan Thi Hai Linh, a local Vietnamese student, was announced winner of the Kinh Bac beauty pageant, which wrapped up on March 12.



The pageant was part of the 2014 Bac Ninh Festival. Twenty-four candidates qualified for the final round where they took part in four events – Ao Dai (traditional long dress), bikini, evening gowns, and Tu Than (four-panel dress for Quan HoSome photos on the Kinh Bac beauty pageant:
