When it becomes colder, sit back and enjoy one of Metropole’s delectable specialty, asparagus and mozzarella.
Ingredients: serves 1
- 200g asparagus
- 100g mozzarella filone
- 50g lettuce
- 10ml balsamic vinegar
- 30ml olive oil
Method:
- Peel and blanch the asparagus, then gratinate them with shredded mozzarella.
- Serve with lettuce, and tossed with vinegar and oil.
